What we collect
- When you book a service: your name, WhatsApp number, your email if you provide one, and the details of your request. This is what we need to reply and quote.
- When you send a message: your name, contact details and the message text.
- Technical data: we store a salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to prevent spam and automated abuse.
What we do with it
We use your data to respond to and follow up on your request, and nothing else. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The only cookies present are strictly functional: one protects forms against forgery, and one remembers your light or dark theme choice.
Retention
We keep service requests for as long as there is an active or prospective engagement. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. Email us at the address on the contact page and we will respond.
